R10 Pregnancy Status is self-reported by client (Head of Household and adults). The purpose is to determine the number of people starting projects while pregnant and to determine eligibility for benefits and need for services.
Data Element Type
R10 Pregnancy Status is a Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Program Specific Data Element and collection is required for all project types.
Collection Point
Project start and update for Head of Household and Adults. If a youth becomes pregnant during their project stay, update the information to record the pregnancy

Information is used to determine eligibility for benefits and need for services.
