Client self-reports R6 Employment Status. The purpose is to assess a clients (Head of Household and adults) employment status and need for employment services as well as, when appropriate, measure a change in employment from project start to project exit for all Head of Households and adults.
Data Element Type
R6 Employment Status is a RHY Program Specific Data Element that is collected for all project types except Street Outreach.
Collection Point
Project start and project exit.
Why It Matters
The assessment of a clients employment status may identify a need for employment services and support local system planning and understanding of who is experiencing homelessness.
