Data Element
R4 Last Grade Completed as reported by client (Head of Household and youths). The purpose is to identify the educational attainment of youth served in Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) projects as well as, when appropriate, measure a change in education from project start to project exit for all Head of Households and youth.
Choose one response category describing the last grade level completed by the client at the time of project start. At project exit, indicate the last grade completed by the client as of the date of exit.
