To fix a Relationship to Head of Household error
1. Go to the enrollment and look through all clients in the household (using the left side Household Members menu)
2. Ensure that every client in the household has a Relationship to Head of Household defined
3. Ensure all the following are true for the household/client listed as Self (Head of Household):
a. Self is listed for one client and ONLY one client
b. Self is an adult, unless it is an unaccompanied minor or a minor-only household
c. Self is the adult client that qualifies for service (if a minor is the client that qualifies for service, then ensure a parent of that minor is Self)
4. If a child(ren) was left unattached to a household, attach them to the appropriate household
