V7 HP Targeting Criteria is a U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Program Specific Data Element. This element is required for SSVF funded Homelessness Prevention projects only. It is not required for any other VA funded project types.

Consistency in responses for this data element and others will be used in evaluation of SSVF data quality.
