This is a basic requirement that assumes a simple relationship between clients and projects.
Most data quality reports are looking to see if the project is a Direct Service Provider. A strikethrough flag indicates the enrollment was added while the EDA (Enter Data as Mode) was set to a Parent Provider, not a specific project
