P4 Connection with SOAR (Security, Orchestration, Automation and Response) is intended to determine if the client (Head of Household and Adults) has been connected to the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) program, regardless of whether that connection was established by the PATH provider or not.

Why it matters
