Data Entry: How to Record Services In Scans

  1. Select the applicable property from the Enter Data As mode list.
  2. Set the Back Date mode to the date of the session event or activity.
  3. Navigate to Scans by clicking the module in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  4. Change the start and end times to the actual time of the session. 
  5. Select the type of session from the drop down for the Provider Specific Service field.
  6. Write the session note in the Service Notes box.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Choose Clients from Client List
  8. Choose the applicable client list from the options available by clicking on the  symbol. 
  9. Check the box for each client who participated in the session. 
  10. If the list has more than 10 clients, don’t forget to check the other pages to see that all relevant clients have been selected.
  11. Once all the clients have been selected, click Enter Service for Clients.The system will process and deliver a pop-up confirming that services were assigned for the clients selected.
