Data Quality: How to Fix Shelter Stay Dates Without Deleting the Shelter Stay
- Navigate to the client record in Clients that needs to be updated. Select the Service Transactions tab.
- Click View Shelter Stays.
- Select the magnifying glass icon next to the Shelter Stay record that needs to be edited.
- Click Edit Shelter Stay.
- Click Service Transactions tab (this tab is different than the Service Transactions tab in Clients).
- Select the Shelter Stays tab.
- Select the pencil icon next to the Shelter Stay that needs to have the dates edited.
- Edit the Date In to reflect the date when the client’s shelter stay began.
- Edit the Date Out to reflect the date when the client’s shelter stay ended.
- Click Save.
- Click Save & Exit.
