Reporting: How to Run the RHYMIS Export Report

This visual guide explains how to run CoC-APR report for one project at a time.

Set Enter Data As (EDA)

Enter Data As (EDA) the Project for which you want the client-level data. (See article BusinessObjects Enter Data As (EDA) for Reports)

Find & Open the Report:

1. Click on Reports in the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
2. The Report Dashboard will appear. Click Hashed HMIS CSV under the ‘Custom Reports’ section of the page.

Report Prompts

The Exports Schedules in the Last 30 Days page will load; click Start New Export.

The Report Options page will load. Set options as per below:

1. Name: Give the export a Name (name does not matter, although something relevant such as due date of the upload is recommended);
2. Description:  This is optional.
3. Entry Data Type: Only select “RHY”;
4. Provider Type: Select Provider;
5. Provider: Select the Provider name
6. Start Date: The first day of the reporting period;
7. End Date: The last day of the reporting period (NOTE: You do not need to add a day to the end date).
8. Once you have filled out the options appropriately, click Run Export.

 The Exports Scheduled in the Last 30 Days page will appear and the export will be displayed. The ‘Status’ column will indicate where the export is in the completion process; you can click Refresh to update the ‘Status’.

• Pending – Indicates that the export request is being sent to the export processing component for scheduling.
• Scheduled – Indicates that the export process is running in the background.
• Completed – The export process has completed, and the file is ready for download.

Once the ‘Status’ of the export is displayed as Completed, click the magnifying glass icon to the left of the ‘Date Scheduled’ column.

The Export Details pop-up will appear; click Download to download and save the compressed file for use.
