Tech Support: How to Set/Remove a Favorite in Community Services

Users may set certain client records  they  often access as a Favorite to reduce the time needed for searching. This feature  will display the user created list of up to 10 clients or providers.

To Set a Favorite

When inside a client record, the user can add the client as a favorite by clicking on the gold star in the Home > Main Dashboard.

1.      Enter EDA mode to the correct project provider.

2.      Search for and enter the client record.

3.      Once in the client record, click the star  in the Home > Main Dashboard.

 

4.      The client record ID will now be available in Favorites.


 

To Remove a Favorite

1.       Click Favorites in the navigation pane.

2.       Click Edit Favorites.

3.       Click trash can    to the left of the item to be removed. This will delete the favorite. Click Save.
